The garage door was stuck after going off its track. Afraid to cause damage by manually forcing the door to move, the customer called for help.

After stabilizing the garage door to prevent it from falling while we worked, we safely disconnected the old opener before proceeding to fix the track damage that was the source of the problem. At the same time, we replaced some of the rollers which we deemed below par, and then set the garage door back on track. We wrapped up the job with some standard safety tests and the system was good as new.
